About Me
I’m Justin Fennell, founder of Preemptive Tactical and a Las Vegas native and Law Enforcement Officer with over 10 years of service. For nearly seven of those years, I’ve also served as a Defensive Tactics Instructor — teaching Officers and members of the community how to stay safe, prepare, and be confident.
I started Preemptive Tactical because I believe being educated and informed about firearms safety training saves lives. Everyone — from first-time owners to responsible gun owners looking to advance their training and knowledge — deserves clear, practical guidance they can trust.
Outside of the uniform, I’m a husband and father of 4 who values preparation, responsibility, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing you‘ve prepared for the unexpected.
